Since the boxes are dispensed by robots, the customer is guaranteed privacy when accessing the box contents. As long as the renter is present, he or she is free to bring a non-renter into the secure room.
As an added security, the renter’s attendance is documented by a ping utility executed via SMS text message.
This frees the customer from restricted banking hours and guidelines, eliminates dealing with institutions or people and sidesteps the inconvenient formalities of needing bank personnel to unlock doors.
