What is a Personality?

It refers to individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that make a person unique.

Another meaning for personalities is also influencers but we are not going to talk about that.

As I mentioned earlier, personalities are something unique for each one of us and if we were to put it in a work context, I am sure that the majority of us here know that everyone has their own ways of doing work. It is just who we are.

But when Work-From-Home starts, the way these people work are different. One may be productive working in an office but less productive working at home. One can be the opposite. One can be consistent in productivity in both work and home settings but difficult to reach them. And one thing we have heard the most is that when Work-From-Home starts, leaders expect their team to have more free time for work 😪

Here we have the founder and a trainer of Relationship Studio, Cindy Leong.

Having an education background in Psychology, Communications and Business, she tapped on the Enneagram Personality Profiling roadmap, working with C-level managers, business owners and teams to strengthen their understanding of each other, and ultimately improve communication and increase productivity.

She has also co-founded Divine Connect in Singapore to help individuals through challenging times, particularly in the area of relationship searching and building.

Cindy has published 2 books – “SuffeRing or ConqueRing – Happy Marriages in Singapore” and “The Heart of an Adulterous Woman”. The 3rd book she has co-published with a group of ladies is called "Voices of Courage".
